
The Club can confirm that all 2026 membership cards that were purchased before March 19th 2026 have now been issued and are currently in the postal system or already with members.
We would like to apologise to all members for the delay in receiving their cards. The delay was the result of an internal club issue, and while we regret that this affected the timely delivery of membership packs, we are pleased to confirm that all cards have now been issued.
We know how important it is that memberships are processed smoothly and on time, and we appreciate the patience and understanding shown by our members while this was resolved.
Joe Tromans, Chief Revenue Officer said: “We would like to apologise to all members for the delay in getting membership cards out.
“This was an internal issue within the Club, and we take full responsibility for the failure in our process.
“All cards have now been issued and are in the postal system, and we appreciate our members’ patience and understanding while this was resolved.”
